Todd,
Still getting some feedback from a couple people that the Chinese seems "foreign" in the translation as if in Hong kong style or something so I'm just trying to find out what is going on. Perhaps the people reading it are not used to modern Chinese "legaleaze" and the drafting of formal legal documents. Did you got to law school in PRC? When I met Mitch about a year ago there was a woman working with him. She was about 26 and went to Tsinghua. Could she take a quick read through the first 2 pages of the Chinese version and just confirm that she thinks the language is right. It's not the accuracy of the translation but the style, tone, word use I think.
Sorry to keep bothering you but there is now heated debate about this translation and I need a quality translation that I can show to the authorities in the style and tone that they will expect and think is appropriate.
Thanks,
Andrew
